Please read the refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Select items purchased from Club7OH.com can be returned within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Products must be returned in original, unused, and unopened condition.

  • Used or opened products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • If an order qualifies for return, shipping fees (even if shipping was free) and insurance fees will be deducted from the refund.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns after deductions for shipping and other fees.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on customer preference and eligibility.

  • Please allow up to 3 business days to process your refund and an additional 3 business days for it to reflect in your account.

  • Items on sale, part of a combo deal, or offered as a free item are non-returnable.

No Returns on the Following Items

The following products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • OPMS – entire product line

  • MIT45 – entire product line

  • Chief Kratom – entire product line

  • Bumble Bee – entire product line

  • Kratom Kulture – entire product line

  • 7-OH products – including but not limited to vapes, tablets, shots, and all Pseudo products

  • Shipping Insurance (Orange Shipping Protection)

These exclusions are in place due to the sensitive nature of the products and our commitment to quality assurance. All sales on these items are final.

Shipping Protection

To protect your purchase from loss, theft, or damage, we offer Orange Shipping Protection at checkout. This is enabled by default for your convenience.
If you choose to disable it, you accept full responsibility for the order once it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

Fraud and Chargebacks

We take fraud seriously. Any fraudulent chargebacks will result in:

  • Permanent disabling of purchase ability

  • Potential involvement of law enforcement

  • Legal action if necessary

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Club7OH.com, you agree to the following:

  • If an unpaid balance is owed to 36 CIRCLES LLC (Club7OH.com), and no satisfactory payment arrangement is made, the account may be placed with an external collection agency.

  • You are responsible for collection fees (up to 35% of the debt), including legal and attorney’s fees.

  • You consent to being contacted via phone, text, email, and/or automated messaging systems by 36 CIRCLES LLC or its collection agents.

  • A $35.00 collection fee will be added to the total amount owed.
