Very Disappointing

They were out of stock even after I purchased it. So I was given the smaller size equal to what I ordered. Except I was given one bag that was green (still good) and the rest was all red (bad, doesn't work) I called and was given horrible customer service and told there was nothing they could do. I would give negative stars if possible. I think the company might be going bad.
