I enjoyed the effects! Only one needed to give you a milder affect than one 10 mg THC gummy for the first hour, however it seems to hit second gear after that and another wave kicks in! Enough to give you a nice sleep for about 6 hours without any grogginess when you wake up! More of a mellow grove! Just alittle sticky from the honey or I would give it 5 stars! I would buy this again!
