Restful strain

This particular strain Sumatra Red vein is excellent for the evening time or before bed. It seems to last longer by a few hrs compared to the other red vein strains. If you're burdened by interrupted sleep at night then this might be the strain for you. Usually 6-8 hrs of decent rest. If you have been using other types/strains before bed and notice that you wake up 4-5 hrs later looking for more than this should help. I find that bc I'm a long time user of kratom I dose at 5-10 grams per cup of coffee to get desired sleep effect. If mixing with coffee a5 night time make sure to use Decaffeinated coffee or it will be counterproductive. If your new to kratom start lower to see how this effects you. Somewhere in the1-5 gram range might work for you. This is the only OPMS product that I use. Otherwise I use 6 different strains of Bumblebee kratom depending on the time of day and effect I'm looking for. The Golds, whites and green strains are better for Dat time use I find to keep alert and in much less overall pain. Please go slow. These measurements are what works for me. Other users will have to find their dosages. If mixing with a hot beverage let steep 5-10 minutes. Then remember that your only getting about 60% of the kratom extract unless you consume the whole thing. Letting it steep then sink to the bottom as not to consume the powder gives a much better taste but a less effect. Payless is a great trusted company for pricing and shipping.

Better than any prescription muscle relaxer IMO (I am not advocating consumption or use)

I found the Red Vein Sumatra to be one of the few that had the 7-OH Content I needed to get my body to relax and easy my muscles and tension. If taken on its own in larger doses it will knock me out sometimes so to offset that I might take 1-2 grams of white Sumatra so I don't just pass out on the couch and have a little more control over where I end up. This is now a staple in my collection and will remain that way as long as the 7-OH is there. I've found 90%+ of vendors limited to no more than 2% 7-OH with everything I have ordered from various GMP facilities and this works so much better simply because it has a good balance of 7-OH and Mitragynine. It also lists the content of each upfront so you know what you are ordering/getting. This has been a gem for me aside from my one GMP vendor not under the 2% 7-OH limitation (All depends on the state and where they are packaging it) but they don't really sell capsules and my joint pain in my hands doesn't allow me to cap much. The pills are 600mg which is slightly better than the 500's but not as good a deal as the 750's from other brands but again you know the 7-OH is in there and what it is and can calculate your dose off of that in combination with the other alkaloids. I bought some enteric capsules as even with the 5-6 gram dose it doesn't last me through the night (I get about 5 hours max with 6 grams) so I also have the powder and am going to try a combination to see if I can get some extended relief throughout the entirety of the night without having to take as high of a dose. Hopefully this gives someone else an idea on how to improve their regimen as well. My overall experience with Payless has been outstanding and you can't beat the prices so I have been very satisfied. With same day shipping they are 30 minutes from me so I get it the next day. although I have to pay taxes which is the only drawback. I really wish they had an online curbside pickup service like the dispenseries . Not being able to go in is understanable. I think they could **** it in Glendale and would have cars lined up like Porto's or In-and-Out. (It can be quite a long line like In-and-Out) for those of you unfamiliar. This strain brings me peace whether during the day or at night and I recommend anyone struggling with discomfort around tension, tightness, or just to relax and relax your body then definitely give this one a try. (Again, this is not to be taken as medial advice and I am not advocating the consumption or use of Kratom.) =]

Tranquil and mood-enhancing

While it does not make me noticeably sleepy, I do get a clam, tranquil feeling on it and it does not keep me up and wide awake when trying to sleep like all other strains of kratom I’ve tried do. There is a nice subdued euphoria and interesting body buzz, the latter being great for pure physical relaxation. I think this strain is fine to take in the afternoon or, especially, when one needs some anxiety relief.
