Overall, it's a good product, but as stated in the title, it has much less kava in it than other competing brands, such as "Feel Free". The total kava alkaloids per bottle in this product is 160mg per serving (2 servings per bottle), totaling in at 320mg per bottle. On the other hand, Feel Free has 260mg per serving of kava (2 servings, again), putting it at 520mg total. They both also have in common the same amount of Mitragynine (Kratom extract) per bottle (20mg per serving, 40mg per bottle).
It's also worth mentioning, however, that the 7-OHM % is estimated to be higher than Feel Free, with about >0.07% in this product, as opposed to it's competitor, which has approximately [<]0.05% 7-OHM (both by serving).
So, at the end of the day, it truly depends on how much kava you want per dose - if you've never had Kava, then this very well might be better to use. The taste is also slightly better than Feel Free, but they both have their own unique, yet very good flavor for both. If I had to pick which one I preferred by taste, then it'd also probably be this product, Free Life, that would probably be the winner in that category.
Regardless of which you decide to purchase, they are both very well worth it, and much more affordable too! I'd strongly recommend anyone and everyone to give these a try. It's a very pleasant and relaxing feeling, without making you dizzy, drowsy, ect (at least in all of my experiences with them, and I've consumed quite a few of them. I recommend sticking with the suggested dosage, however, of just half of the bottle at a time. It gets the job done very well with both products, and I have a very high chemical tolerance, especially to Kratom, as I consume quite a bit daily, though most of my Kratom is taken in powder form, with the occasional kratom extract shots).
Long story short, this is a slightly cheaper alternative to it's competitor brand(s), and I'd recommend this over others for those unfamiliar with the effects of Kava. It has a very nice balance of Kratom, Kava, and some nootropics for additional pain relief and relaxation, which is a plus. If you find yourself beginning to not notice the effects of the kava as much, then I'd recommend Feel Free, which has nearly double the kava in it, but also doesn't have some of the additional botanical nootropics, such as Lion's Mane and more. I really think that it's more of a matter of preference, as I stated above, for those reasons, as well as the taste being slightly better than the other brands I've used (both the brands I mentioned are quite pleasant tasting, but just have a slightly different taste to them in general). So, in conclusion, give them both a try, you can't go wrong either way. =)
